High-mileage 4-cylinder engines often develop compression loss as the cylinder walls wear down over thousands of miles. That wear opens up microscopic gaps between the piston rings and cylinder walls, leading to blow-by, reduced power, and increased oil consumption. Restore Engine Restorer and Lubricant uses a proprietary CSL formula that fills those worn areas to restore compression closer to original levels.

What makes the CSL technology different from typical oil additives is that it deposits material in the areas of greatest wear, particularly at top dead center where the piston rings experience the most friction and heat. Rather than just coating surfaces, it fills and seals the microscopic gaps that cause compression loss. The result is reduced blow-by, lower oil consumption, and in many cases a noticeable improvement in engine smoothness and power.

This 4-cylinder formula is sized for smaller engines. You add it to your engine oil, and the CSL particles circulate through the system, settling into the worn areas. It is compatible with all mineral and synthetic motor oils. Note that Restore is not formulated for 2-cycle engines, so stick to standard 4-stroke applications.
