You can drive with confidence knowing the Jeep Wrangler JK Muffler Skid Plate will help keep you from getting hung up on rocks, trail obstacles, while preventing damage to critical components. The Muffler Skid Plate is constructed of durable 5mm thick black powder coated steel, and mounts to existing body holes using the factory hardware. It helps transfer the load of an impact away from the muffler and to the frame. For use with OE exhaust systems only.

 

NOTE: On the 2010-2011 models you will be required to drill a hole into the frame to insert one of the mounting bolts.
