Lloyd Velourtex Custom Floor Mats

 

Ultimat Carpet is a Multi-Layer Construction Floor Mat designed specifically for automotive use by Lloyd Mats. It boasts Anso® RPM Nylon Premium Continuous Filament Nylon Yarn for extra durability. Nylon is stronger than any other yarn including polyurethanes, olefins, and wool and is used in the Ultimat Carpet Layer. There are 2 pounds of Anso RPM 2 ply continuous filament nylon yarn in each square yard. Durability and density is created by twisting and heat-setting two pieces of yarn together in each woven tuft.

Ultimat also uses specially dyed carpet colors to match or complement current and early OEM interiors. Four layers of backing, Polypropylene mesh gives the tufted yarn its shape, extra heavy latex creates stiffness to help maintain mat shape, water-resistant layer to keep moisture from the original carpet. Finally, the Tractionbac composition rubber has natural non-skid characteristics.

  • Factory compatible anchoring devices are included with each set for vehicles with a factory installed hook, snap, or post. For example: Toyota, Lexus, Nissan, Ford, Honda all have pre-installed hooks. Audi, VW, Mercedes, Volvo all have posts using Lloyd "Snap-Tab" for post applications, and metal grommet are used for hook applications.
