Using OPTIMA SPIRALCELL Technology, cells are tightly compressed into supportive chambers, giving OPTIMA batteries over 15 times more vibration resistance than traditional batteries. This translates into longer battery life in high vibration applications.

Due to its completely sealed case, the OPTIMA Yellow Top battery is extremely safe and corrosion resistant. Acid can't leak or spill, making them clean, user-friendly and environmentally sound. NEW Adapter Set
Optima Batteries introduces a new adapter set that will come standard with the purchase of any group 34, 34R or 34/78 OPTIMA Battery. With the new adapters, OPTIMA will raise it’s fitment percentage by 26%, fitting into over 57 million additional vehicles. The addition of this kit increases OPTIMA batteries overall line coverage to include 67.7% of vehicles on the road today.

The new adapter set comes complete with three adapters that are design to make OPTIMA batteries fit into an extended range of vehicle models. These adapters take the guesswork out of fitting a battery in the stock location of a vehicle because any adapter needed is included directly with the battery. Now it’s possible for an even larger audience to have the power of an OPTIMA under the hood.

The height adapter comes attached to the top of the Group 34, 34R and 34/78 Red Top and Yellow Top batteries, and when installed it clips on the underneath the battery. The kit also includes several other adapters for additional fit’s including a GM adapter and two Ford vehicle adapters. OPTIMA’s hold down and height adapters are easy to install and will hold an OPTIMA battery securely in place when used in the proper application.
