The Advantage Series features on-screen controls, a wireless remote control and a built-in wireless IR headphone transmitter for maximum sound clarity. Infrared Technology
IR Transmission is immune to most common types of interference, so passengers will have a crisper and clearer signal than ever before! IR systems are easier to install than Radio Frequency (RF) systems. The IR wireless headphone transmitter is actually built-in, as well as an IR sensor input for the DVD player. Another benefit of the "Advantage Series" Systems is that they feature PerfectMatch styling. This means that the screen is pre-installed in a headrest that looks and feels like original equipment. The original factory headrests remained unharmed and can be replaced if the vehicle is being leased.
