Return not easy

I put into the search 1991 Ford F250 4 wheel drive. these came up. I am not even an expert on things I have to depend on the searches to let me know what will work. It stated they would work, They do NOT. I now have to try and make sure it is packaged just right, of course I threw the box they came in away they were a Christmas gift that had to be re-wraped. They talk about a re-stocking fee, what it cost them 20% of the cost to open the box re-price them and sit them up on a shelf? If they had their search engine correctly responding there would be no return!
