Eligible for Return

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following criteria:

  • Unused, unopened items in original packaging
  • Items with all original tags and labels
  • Items returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for safety, regulatory, or practical reasons:

Electrical parts and components

Safety and liability concerns

Special orders and custom items

Made specifically for you

Hazardous materials (oils, chemicals, batteries)

Shipping regulations

Installed or used parts

Cannot verify condition

Items without original packaging

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returned items. This helps cover the cost of processing, inspecting, and restocking merchandise.

The exact fee depends on the item and condition. Defective items or items damaged in shipping are exempt from restocking fees.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or a defective product.

  • Use a trackable shipping method - we're not responsible for lost returns
  • Pack items securely to prevent damage in transit
  • Include your order number inside the package

Core Returns

Many remanufactured parts (starters, alternators, brake calipers, etc.) include a core charge - a refundable deposit that encourages returning your old part for recycling and remanufacturing.

How Core Returns Work

Keep the box - you'll need it to return the old part

Return your old core

Ship the old part back in the original box within 30 days

Receive your core refund

Once inspected, your core deposit is refunded

Core Requirements

To receive your core refund, the returned part must:

  • Be complete - include all components that came with the new part (pulleys, brackets, etc.)
  • Be rebuildable - normal wear is fine, but not smashed, cracked, or rusted solid
  • Match the application - must fit the same vehicle as the part you purchased
  • Be returned in original packaging - ship in the box your new part came in

Important Notes

  • Customer pays return shipping - consider if the core value is worth the shipping cost
  • 30-day return window - cores must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Contact us first - call to get return instructions and shipping address

How to Initiate a Return

Receive Return Authorization

We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Ship Your Return

Pack the item securely, include your RMA number, and ship to the address provided.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Important: Returns without an RMA number may be refused or delayed.
