Restore Engine Restorer and Lubricant uses a CSL (Copper, Silver, Lead) micro-metallic formula that fills microscopic wear areas in cylinder walls. As your 8-cylinder engine accumulates miles, the cylinders develop tiny grooves and scratches that allow blow-by — combustion gases slipping past the piston rings instead of pushing the piston down. That blow-by costs you compression, power, and fuel economy, and it pushes oil past the rings where it burns off as blue smoke.

This 19-oz bottle is sized for 8-cylinder engines. The metallic particles in the formula embed themselves into the worn surfaces of the cylinder walls, effectively building up the metal where it has worn away.
