Great Battery
I have used the Deka ETX14 AGM battery in my Kitfox Supersport Airplane for 6 years. I'm not a fan of LiPo batteries in the airplane for many reasons but that's another topic. So if I'm going to use a lead acid battery I wanted the best AGM I could find. At first I was changing the battery out once a year just because I thought it best to be safe. I just changed my last battery after 3 years. Mind you, all the batteries I changed kept their charge and started the engine great. They all passed the battery amp test even the three year old one. I do think three years is as far as I want to go with any airplane battery even Certified batteries for Certified airplanes. So, I give this battery a 5 star rating and know that anyone who tries this battery will not be disappointed.
