Seam of the bag was ripped with cardboard lining exposed

The product arrived seemingly intact, and was meant for a fathers day gift. We could see beneath the cardboard sleeve, the top portion of the bag's seam was open (production issue apparently, as the outer packaging wasn't damaged). Auto Barn offered an exchange, and ended up issuing us a $5 refund instead, as we had already opened the package (I had stapled the opening closed to prevent further tearing).
