What sets these apart is the custom fit aluminum frame and stabilizer plate, which helps keep the flaps from bouncing around too much. They're made with 1/2 inch thick rubber, which is substantial enough to handle the job. The hardware is stainless steel, so you don't have to worry about rust. You can also choose an all-black look if that's more your style, by selecting the option without the stabilizer plate.
When you install these, make sure your hitch receiver is clean. The stabilizer plate uses a bolt to secure, so you'll want to make sure that's snug. These are sold as a set of two, covering both sides of your F-150.
