What is the pressure range for this regulator?

The regulator has two adjustable pressure ranges. With the installed standard spring, it's adjustable from 3 to 20 PSI. With the included high-pressure spring, it adjusts from 20 to 60 PSI.

What is boost reference, and how does this regulator handle it?

Boost reference means the regulator increases fuel pressure as your engine builds boost. This regulator references boost on a 1:1 ratio, so for every pound of boost, fuel pressure rises by one pound.

What else do I need to install this regulator?

You will need to install a return line from the bottom port of the regulator back to the top of your fuel tank. You'll also need appropriate 3/8 inch NPT fittings for your fuel lines.
