This aFe BladeRunner intercooler uses a 3" bar and plate core for better cooling than stock. It's built with TIG welded aluminum tanks and includes ports for gauges.

- Tested at 200psi — Built to handle high boost pressures common in modified diesel trucks.
- Significant temperature drop — Testing showed a 200 degree Fahrenheit drop in air temperature and a 100 degree Fahrenheit drop in exhaust gas temperature (EGT).

Product Details
Bladerunner Intercoolers represent the next generation of intercoolers. The Bladerunner intercoolers utilize a 3 IN bar and plate design that out performs OE style tube and fin core designs. The end tanks are constructed out of 3/16 IN TIG welded aluminum plate tanks that incorporate three multi-directional vanes that efficiently direct air flow through the entire core for maximum cooling. The Bladerunner intercooler also comes with 4 1/8 IN pre-tapped ports for easy gauge installation as well as other auxiliary input options. Tested at 200psi which is perfect for the high boost applications. In recent testing the Bladerunner intercooler produced a 200 deg. temperature drop and a 100 deg. EGT drop as well as increasing air flow by 30 percent. Dont waste your time and money on modified factory intercooler.
