This aFe BladeRunner intercooler uses a 2-5/8in bar and plate core and larger tubes to improve airflow and heat dissipation over stock.

- 2-5/8in Bar and Plate Core Design — Offers greater airflow and increased heat dissipation compared to stock tube and fin designs.
- TIG-Welded Aluminum End Tanks — Constructed from 3/16in aluminum plates for strength.
- Billet Aluminum Inlet/Outlet — Provides superior strength and durability.
- Mandrel-Bent Aluminum Tubing — 3in hot side and 3-1/2in cold side tubing for maximum flow.
- Auxiliary Ports — Includes multiple 1/8 IN NPT ports for sensors, water-methanol injection, or draining condensation.
- Factory Fitment — Uses factory mounting locations and includes stainless steel T-bolt clamps and silicone couplings for a secure install.
