Do I need to oil this filter?

No, this filter is designed to be run dry. Oiling it will reduce airflow and could damage your engine's mass airflow sensor. Just wash it, let it dry, and reinstall.

How do I clean this filter?

aFe sells a filter cleaning kit, but you can also use a mild dish soap and water. Rinse it thoroughly from the clean side out, and let it air dry completely before reinstalling. Do not use compressed air or heat to dry it, as this can damage the filter media.
