Seven-inch double-convoluted bellows air springs set the Air Lift 57554 LoadLifter 7500 XL apart from smaller air spring kits. Built for the 2023-2025 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD SRW, this kit provides up to 7,500 pounds of load-leveling capacity to keep your truck level when towing or hauling heavy loads.

Air Lift uses 2-ply fabric-reinforced air springs that adjust from 5 to 100 PSI, giving you precise control over ride height and firmness depending on the load. Roll plates and composite end caps protect the air springs from road debris, and an internal jounce bumper absorbs shock on hard impacts. The under-frame design works with most in-bed hitches, so you do not have to choose between air springs and a gooseneck or fifth-wheel setup. Stainless steel components are used throughout for corrosion resistance.

Installation requires only common hand tools — no frame drilling. Air Lift includes clear instructions, and the kit bolts into place using existing frame points.
