Product Details
ARP uses 8740 chromoly steel for these studs, heat-treated to a tensile strength of 200,000 psi. They are centerless ground for a perfect concentricity and then heat-treated. The studs are installed with special parallel ground washers and ARP's own high-performance lube, which helps achieve the correct clamping force. This is a well-built kit that holds better than stock.
