Arrowhead 12V Universal Solenoid

This is a new Arrowhead 12V universal solenoid, designed to replace your original starter solenoid. It's built to meet or exceed the original equipment specifications for your vehicle's starting system. A solenoid acts as a heavy-duty switch, using a smaller current from your ignition switch to control the larger current needed to engage the starter motor and crank the engine.

Arrowhead builds these solenoids with 100% copper windings, which helps ensure maximum magnetic pull strength to reliably engage the starter. The brackets and canisters are plated to resist corrosion, and the solid copper terminals are there to reduce voltage drop, meaning more power gets to the starter. The copper contact disc is also a nice touch for longer service life. This solenoid is a direct replacement, meaning it should install without any modifications needed.
