Worn-out suspension causes poor handling and an uncomfortable ride. The AST 5100 Series 1-Way Coilovers are a direct fix for BMW 5-Series F10 models with non-inverted front struts. These coilovers are built to give you a better road balance for everyday use, maximizing grip by controlling rebound and ride height.

This kit uses a monotube damper design, which means a larger piston for better rebound control. Unlike twin-tube dampers, monotubes don't get foamy or lose pressure, so the valving stays responsive. The front dampers are a coilover setup, while the rear maintains a divorced setup like the factory setup, contributing to a more comfortable ride. The springs are included and designed to work with your OEM top mounts. You can adjust the rebound damping across 12 positions to fine-tune the feel and handling to your liking. These dampers are also rebuildable at a certified AST service center.
