You get a set of AST 5100 Series true coilovers in this AST suspension kit. These are built for the 1989-1994 Nissan 240SX and let you control both rebound damping and ride height. If you want to dial in your car's handling for street use, these offer a lot of adjustability.

The front and rear dampers use a coilover design, meaning the spring and shock are combined into one unit. This setup is known for consistent handling. AST uses a monotube damper design.
