AST Suspension 08 Mini Cooper 5100 Street Non-Inverted Suspension

12-position rebound adjustment and ride height control are built into these AST 5100 Street Non-Inverted Suspension coilovers. They're designed for the 2002-2008 Mini Cooper to give you better road balance for daily driving. You get more grip by controlling how the dampers extend and how high the car sits. This kit includes springs and uses your factory top mounts.

The front dampers are a coilover setup, while the rear maintains a divorced setup like the original equipment. This setup helps keep the ride comfortable while still improving handling. AST uses a monotube design for these dampers. That means a larger piston inside, which gives you more control over the rebound damping. Monotube dampers don't have aeration or foaming issues, so the valving responds better. These dampers are also rebuildable at a certified AST service center if any issues come up.
