This is an Athena 2T cast piston with a 47.56mm bore, specifically made to work with Athena cylinder kits. It’s designed to give you the same reliability as an original equipment piston, but with improved resistance and performance for your off-road machine.

Athena uses special aluminum alloys with nickel and silica in their construction, ensuring a strong and durable piston. They're made using advanced CNC machining tools that hold tolerances to less than 0.01 mm, meaning a precise fit. The smooth profile helps with consistent fuel flow and proper flame propagation, which is key for smooth running and good power delivery. Some of these pistons also get a special molybdenum disulfide coating on the skirts to further cut down on friction, boosting both how long the piston lasts and how well it performs.
