Doing a transmission rebuild on your 1996-early 1998 Dodge Ram 2500 or 3500 4WD? This ATS Diesel Stage 2 Transmission Package is built to handle more power and last longer than the factory unit. It's a solid upgrade if you're running a modified engine or towing heavy loads.
This package includes a fully remanufactured 47RE transmission with updated components. ATS Diesel uses their proprietary Triple Torque™ torque converter, which is designed to lock up more efficiently and handle higher torque loads. The valve body is also updated for improved shift quality and durability.
