If you're installing a mechanical pressure gauge, like an oil pressure or boost gauge, you'll need a way to get that pressure reading to the gauge. This 10-foot section of 1/8-inch diameter nylon tubing from AutoMeter is designed for that exact purpose.
This kit comes with everything you need to make the connections. You get the 10-foot nylon tube itself, plus a variety of fittings. There's a 1/8-inch NPT male to 1/8-inch compression fitting, a 1/8-inch NPT female to 1/8-inch compression fitting, and even a bushing to adapt from 1/8-inch NPT to 1/4-inch NPT. The tubing is rated for pressures up to 250 PSI, but AutoMeter recommends using it for mechanical gauges up to 200 PSI. Just be sure not to use this tubing for fuel pressure, brake pressure, or nitrous pressure applications.
