BackRack makes this Low Profile Drill Hardware Kit for select late model fullsize trucks. If you need to mount a toolbox at bed rail height, this kit lets you do that by drilling two holes through the top of your truck's bed rail. It uses four carriage head bolts to secure the assembly.
