This tuner connects inline with your engine sensors and also uses the OBD-II port to actively optimize calibrations in real-time. It's designed to safely increase torque and horsepower across the entire RPM range, improving acceleration and passing times, especially when towing or carrying a load.

The Derringer tuner uses multiple data inputs, just like your truck's ECM, to make adjustments. It features ActiveSafety health monitoring that checks itself 100 times a second. If an issue arises, it instantly bypasses itself and returns your truck to stock power. It also monitors coolant temperature to prevent power gains when the engine is too cold or overheated, and adjusts for knock if you have poor fuel quality.
