The Banks Power Derringer Tuner (Part# 66652) is built for your 2017-2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD or 3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500 HD or 3500 HD with the 6.6L Duramax L5P engine. It safely adds torque and horsepower across the entire RPM range, improving on-ramp merging and passing times, especially when towing. Unlike other tuners, it connects to your truck's OBD-II port and uses multiple vehicle data inputs to optimize calibrations in real-time.

This tuner has 6 adjustable power levels, controlled on-the-fly with a Banks iDash display (sold separately). Level 6 offers the most power, while Level 3 is set up for towing and work use, providing a noticeable improvement in mid-range feel. The Derringer's ActiveSafety circuitry monitors the module and vehicle 100 times per second. If any issue is detected, it instantly bypasses itself, returning your truck to stock power and logging a diagnostic code. It also prevents power addition when the engine is too cold or overheated, and automatically adjusts for knock if you have less than ideal fuel.
