This DPF-back system replaces the restrictive stock exhaust with a larger 5-inch diameter constant-flow pipe and a massive exhaust tip. It's built to improve exhaust flow, lower temperatures, and give your truck a tougher look.
The stock exhaust outlet is only 2.85 inches, while this Monster Exhaust features a huge 5-inch outlet. That's 192 percent more flow area. This system cuts backpressure by 89 percent after the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), which helps the engine breathe better. This means more power and better fuel economy. The large, side-exit tip also helps diffuse the hot exhaust gases during regeneration, reducing the risk of melting trailers.
