Banks Power 94-97 Ford 7.3L Techni-Cooler System

Banks Power makes this Techni-Cooler system for 1994-1997 Ford 7.3L Power Stroke trucks. Stock trucks from these years don't have an intercooler, which means hot intake air. This kit adds a large, all-aluminum intercooler to cool that air down before it enters the engine. Cooler air is denser, meaning more oxygen for better combustion, leading to more power, better fuel economy, and lower exhaust gas temperatures.

This kit includes large, mandrel-bent 3-inch boost tubes and custom-machined aluminum end tanks. It also features a unique Twin-Ram intake manifold inlet that distributes air evenly to both sides of the engine. This setup reduces boost pressure loss and maximizes the cooling of intake air, providing a continuous supply of cool, dense air for improved engine efficiency and durability.
