Banks Power makes this TorqueTube exhaust header system for 1997-2003 Ford Class-C Motorhomes with the 6.8L engine. This system is built to handle tough conditions and improve exhaust flow, which helps get more torque out of your engine.
These headers are constructed from 100% stainless steel, making them very strong. The tubes are mandrel-formed to tune exhaust flow for better torque. The flanges are 5/8 inch thick and welded on both sides, then milled flat to prevent warping. It includes a seamless high-velocity collector and a patented PowerPickle pulse converter to help with exhaust extraction. No sealant or gaskets are needed for installation.
