This Banks Power Torque Tube System is a direct fix for your 1999-2001 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with a 4.8L or 5.3L engine that does not have air injection. These headers are built from 100 percent stainless steel to handle high temperatures and resist corrosion.
Banks designed these TorqueTubes to pull exhaust gases out more efficiently than the stock manifolds. This improved flow helps the engine make more torque, especially when hauling or climbing grades. The heavy-wall 400-series stainless steel construction means they are built to last.
