The Banks Power Ram-Air Intake System (Part# 41800-D) feeds your 1999-2008 Chevy or GMC 1500 with a 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, or 6.2L engine cooler, denser outside air. This helps your engine make more power and can improve fuel economy.
This intake system uses an enclosed housing to keep hot engine air out. It's designed to accommodate engine movement and is tested using computer simulations and on the vehicle itself. The large dry filter maximizes airflow and requires fewer cleanings.
