The Banks Power Ram-Air Intake System (Part # 41801) feeds your 1999-2008 Chevy or GMC full-size SUV's 4.8L, 5.3L, or 6.0L engine cooler, denser air from outside the engine bay. This helps your engine make more power and can improve fuel economy.
Banks tested this intake using computer simulations and on a flowbench, then validated it on the vehicle. The enclosed housing keeps hot engine air out, and the large filter maximizes airflow while helping the engine run cooler. It's designed to accommodate engine movement and has a 5-year limited warranty.
