Already running a 7.3L Power Stroke? This is the next piece. The Banks Power BigHead Wastegate Actuator replaces the stock unit on your 1999.5-2003 Ford E-350 Super Duty, F-250, or F-350. It addresses the common issue where the stock actuator's spring lets the wastegate open too early, which kills mid-range torque.
This BigHead actuator has twice the diaphragm area and spring pressure of the factory part. This means it keeps the wastegate valve shut longer, allowing for higher peak boost to build sooner. Once it opens, it holds its position for precise boost control. The result is crisper acceleration and more pulling power right where you need it.
