Banks Power makes this Techni-Cooler intercooler system for the 1999 Ford 7.3L Power Stroke. It replaces the stock intercooler and boost tubes to improve airflow and cooling, helping your engine run stronger and more efficiently.
This system uses 3-inch mandrel-bent boost tubes and a thicker core with larger aluminum end tanks. The stock plastic end tanks can fail under high boost, but these all-aluminum ones are built to last. It also includes a Twin-Ram manifold inlet assembly that distributes air evenly to both sides of the engine, which is important for early '99 models.
