You get a turbine housing and compressor wheel in this Banks Power kit for your 1999.5-2003 Ford 7.3L Power Stroke. This upgrade is made to get rid of sluggishness off the line and give you stronger acceleration. It helps the turbo spool up faster, so you get more torque right from idle and less lag through the whole powerband.
Banks developed this Quick-Turbo housing with Holset and Cummins. The BigHead wastegate actuator keeps the valve seated better at higher pressures, which helps with mid-range and top-end power. The included high-boost compressor wheel is built to handle higher boost levels without hurting turbo performance, correcting boost limits on later 1999.5-2003 models.
