Product Details
BBK makes these Shorty Tuned Length Exhaust Headers for the 2003-2008 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 5.7L Hemi engine. These headers replace your factory exhaust manifolds to improve exhaust flow, which can increase horsepower and torque. They are designed as a direct fit replacement.
The tubing is CNC mandrel bent with 1-3/4 inch diameter. This design helps improve scavenging, leading to better combustion and potentially better fuel economy compared to stock or equal-length headers. The flanges are 3/8 inch thick and laser cut for a strong, leak-free seal. BBK headers are robotically and hand welded, then pressure tested for reliability.
