Product Details
BBK makes these Shorty Tuned Length Exhaust Headers for 2005-2010 Chrysler 300 models with the 6.1L Hemi engine. They replace the factory manifolds to let your engine breathe better, which means more power and a better sound. If you're looking to get more out of your Hemi, this is a solid upgrade.
These headers use 1-7/8 inch CNC mandrel bent tubing. That means the bends are smooth and consistent, allowing exhaust gases to flow out without restriction. This improved flow helps with combustion, leading to better performance and even a slight improvement in fuel economy compared to stock manifolds. The flanges are 3/8 inch thick and laser cut for a strong, leak-free seal. BBK welds them robotically and tests them to make sure they hold up over time.
