1-5/8 inch CNC mandrel bent tubing is used in these BBK Shorty Tuned Length Exhaust Headers for the 2005-2010 Ford Mustang 4.0L V6. They replace your factory manifolds to allow for unrestricted exhaust flow, which means more horsepower and torque. Tuned length design helps improve combustion by creating better scavenging waves.
These headers are built with a 3/8 inch laser cut flange for a solid, leak-free connection. They are robotically and hand welded, then pressure tested to ensure they hold up over time. The titanium ceramic finish looks good and resists heat.
