Already running a 6.4L Hemi in your Dodge Challenger? This BBK Performance shorty header kit is the next piece to unlock more power. These headers replace the factory exhaust manifolds, offering a direct fit for 2011-2023 Challenger models with the 6.4L Hemi engine.

Each header uses 1-7/8 inch CNC mandrel bent tubing. This design helps exhaust gases exit more freely than the stock manifolds. BBK's tuned length design also helps improve scavenging, which means better combustion and potentially better fuel economy compared to stock or equal-length headers. The flanges are 3/8 inch thick and laser cut for a solid, leak-free seal. They're robotically and hand-welded, then pressure tested to ensure they hold up.
