1-7/8 inch CNC mandrel bent tubing offers unrestricted exhaust flow. These BBK Performance shorty tuned length exhaust headers are direct fit replacements for 2011-2023 Dodge Challenger Hemi 6.4L applications. They improve scavenging waves for better combustion, leading to better performance and fuel economy than stock or equal length headers.
The headers feature a 3/8 inch laser cut exhaust flange for extra strength and a leak-free fit. They are robotically and precision hand welded, then pressure tested for reliability. This set comes in a polished silver ceramic coated finish.
