These BBK long tube headers and high-flow catted Y-pipe are the next piece of the puzzle to really open up your 5.3L or 6.2L engine. They replace the factory shorty headers and restrictive mid-pipe, allowing your exhaust gases to exit more freely, which can lead to a noticeable increase in horsepower and torque across the entire RPM range.

BBK builds these headers with CNC mandrel-bent tubing to ensure smooth, unrestricted flow, and they feature 3/8-inch thick laser-cut flanges for a solid connection. The patented collector design helps scavenge exhaust gases more effectively, and the gasket-less ball and socket connectors make connecting the mid-pipe straightforward. The included mid-pipe has high-flow catalytic converters designed to optimize sound and performance gains while still meeting emissions requirements for most areas. The entire system is finished with a high-temperature titanium ceramic coating, which helps manage heat and resist corrosion.

This kit is designed to bolt directly onto your existing cat-back exhaust system, making installation as simple as possible. It comes with new gaskets and all the necessary hardware to get the job done. Just remember, these headers are not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
