BBK 2015-16 Ford Mustang GT 5.0L 1-3/4 Tuned Length Header System (Ceramic)

The BBK R&D department developed these headers with one thing in mind – Getting even more horsepower and torque out of the all new 2015-2017 Coyote powered 5.0 liter S550 Mustang GT. This all new BBK header design is constructed with 1-3/4 in. CNC Mandrel-Bent tubing and solid 3/8 in. laser cut exhaust flanges to prevent heat distortion. Initial testing has showing gains of around 14 horsepower with this bolt on. BBK TUNED LENGTH HEADERS OFFER IMPROVED SCAVENGING WAVES FOR BETTER COMBUSTION; WHICH LEADS TO IMPROVED PERFORMANCE AND FUEL ECONOMY OVER STOCK OR EQUAL LENGTH HEADERS. AS WITH ALL BBK PERFORMANCE EXHAUST HEADERS THEY FEATURE A 3/8 INCH LASER CUT FLANGE FOR ADDITIONAL STRENGTH AND A GUARANTEED LEAK FREE FIT. ALL HEADERS ARE ROBOTICALLY AND PRECISION HAND WELDED AND THEN PRESSURE TESTED TO ENSURE YEARS OF RELIABILTY AND PERFORMANCE IN THE REAL WORLD. ALL BBK EXHAUST HEADERS ARE AVAILABLE IN A BRIGHT CHROME OR POLISHED SILVER CERAMIC COATED FINISH AND INCLUDE NEW EXHAUST HEADER GASKETS; HEADER BOLTS AND HARDWARE TO COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION.
