This is the BBK Power-Plus Series® Underdrive Pulley System for your 1988-1995 GM truck with a 4.3L, 5.0L, or 5.7L engine. You get a full set of three pulleys – crank, water pump, and alternator – made from lightweight, CNC machined billet aluminum. Installing these underdrive pulleys can help you see an average of 8-15 additional horsepower by reducing the load on your engine from accessories like the water pump and alternator. Essentially, by slowing down these accessories slightly, they require less power to operate, freeing up more of your engine's output for acceleration.

Beyond the horsepower gains, the lightweight aluminum construction itself contributes to improved performance compared to the heavier stock pulleys. This kit is designed as a direct bolt-on replacement, meaning it fits right in place of your original pulleys without needing modifications. It also retains the proper cooling and charging characteristics your vehicle needs to run reliably. While it's a direct fit, you will need a new serpentine belt that's 6-rib and 91.5 inches long for proper installation.
