BD Diesel 03-09 Dodge 5.9L/6.7L Fuel Distribution Block

BD Diesel has been making performance diesel parts for decades, and this fuel distribution block for your 2003-2009 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 is one of their staples. When you're pushing more power from your Cummins engine, you need more fuel. Often, this means adding upgraded lift pumps, which can bypass or make the factory fuel filter assembly a restriction. This billet aluminum block replaces that factory assembly, allowing for better fuel flow and the addition of a fuel pressure sensor. It’s also set up to work as a distribution block for dual CP3 pump setups.

This block is designed to work with performance lift pump kits like FASS, AirDog, and BD's own Flow-Max systems. By removing the factory fuel filter housing, you eliminate a potential restriction and help ensure consistent fuel pressure throughout the RPM range, especially in high fuel flow applications. The kit includes fittings and clamps, and features a port for a supply pump pressure sensor. Keep in mind that this kit is intended to be used alongside auxiliary filters and water separators to protect your injection system. If your factory CP3 pump feed line hasn't been upgraded to 1/2-inch hose, you'll need an upgraded feed line assembly as well.
