BD Diesel 07.5-12 Dodge Cummins 6.7L Screamer Turbo Manifold Package

This kit features a larger 64.5mm Ballistic Billet compressor wheel and a new, low MOI QST turbine wheel. The reduced moment of inertia and thinner blades on the QST turbine wheel mean quicker turbo response and increased efficiency, leading to less backpressure and better flow. This combination can support up to 690 horsepower when paired with other supporting modifications. The included pulse manifold is cast from high-silicon ductile iron, built to handle extreme temperatures and vibration, especially during DPF regeneration cycles. Its precision slip joints allow for expansion and contraction, which helps prevent cracking and extends the manifold's life.

Installation is designed to be a direct drop-in replacement for your stock components, meaning no extra parts are needed to get this turbo and manifold package installed. The manifold is fully EGR compatible, and each actuator is calibrated and tested before shipping. While this kit is designed for increased performance, please note it is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. Gasket, bolt, and spacer kits are available separately if needed.
