BD Diesel 19-24 Dodge/Ram 1500 DT 5.7L Hemi Passenger Side Exhaust Manifold

You get a passenger side exhaust manifold in this kit, which means you can replace that cracked or leaking manifold on your 2011-2022 Dodge Durango, Jeep Grand Cherokee, or 2019-2024 Ram 1500 DT with the 5.7L Hemi. Exhaust manifolds are critical for directing exhaust gases away from the engine and into the exhaust system, and when they fail, you can experience reduced performance, increased fuel consumption, and loud exhaust leaks.

BD Diesel addressed common issues with factory manifolds by designing this one with a thicker, high-silicon ductile iron construction that resists warping. They also incorporated extended fasteners and spacers. These help manage the stress caused by thermal expansion, a common reason for bolt failures on stock manifolds. The heat shield also has its own mounting points, separate from the main manifold bolts, further reducing stress and improving reliability over time. The mating surfaces are machined for a secure seal.
