BD Diesel 2007.5-2018 Dodge 6.7L Cummins Stage 1 Performance CR Pump & Injectors Package

The BD Diesel Stage 1 Performance CR Pump & Injectors Package is built around a modified CP3 injection pump featuring a 12mm stroke camshaft. This camshaft is made from a custom alloy steel that's significantly stronger than standard materials, boasting 9x greater fracture toughness than 52100 steel. This robust construction ensures long-term durability and consistent, on-demand high fuel pressure, which is key for efficient fuel atomization.

Inside the pump, modified plungers work with the increased stroke to raise fuel flow capacity to 5.25 liters per minute, a notable increase from the stock 3.05 LPM. This upgraded pump, paired with flow-matched Common Rail (CR) injectors, can support up to 800 rear-wheel horsepower. The OE quality injector nozzles are extrude honed for better flow and atomization, and the entire set is assembled and calibrated using OE procedures on computerized equipment to ensure perfect performance right out of the box.

This package is designed to look like a stock pump under the hood, offering a sleeper performance upgrade. It provides the fuel volume needed to support significant power gains without requiring a dual-pump system.
