This kit is designed as a direct replacement, meaning no extra piping is needed, making for a cleaner and more straightforward installation. It utilizes a BorgWarner SX-E cartridge, known for its performance and reliability, paired with a two-piece pulse exhaust manifold that helps reduce exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) and drive pressures.

The Iron Horn kit comes with a T4 flange turbo featuring an 80mm turbine wheel and a 66mm compressor wheel, capable of supporting approximately 650 horsepower depending on your truck's configuration. The 0.91 A/R ratio on the turbine housing helps balance responsiveness with top-end flow. This setup is built to increase airflow, which translates to more power, better throttle response, and improved overall reliability for your diesel engine. The included manifold is a BD high-flow pulse design, and the kit comes with all the necessary gaskets and fittings for installation.
