If you're working on an early model 6.7L Powerstroke in a 2011-2014 Ford F-250 or F-350, or a 2011-2016 F-450 or F-550, and you're dealing with a failing or undersized stock turbo, this BD Diesel Screamer Stage 2 Retrofit Turbo Kit is designed to solve that problem. This kit replaces the problematic and small Single Sequential Turbocharger (SST) with a modern GT37 model that offers increased airflow while maintaining good low-end response. It's a drop-in replacement that looks like the stock unit but uses updated turbo technology to improve your truck's performance.

What you get in this kit is everything needed for a direct replacement of your original turbo. It includes a BD custom-cast turbine housing, backing plate, compressor cover, and pedestal, along with a custom mixed-flow turbine wheel and a 64.0mm billet compressor wheel. This setup is VSR high-speed balanced for smooth operation and is capable of up to 81lb/min of airflow, which can help lower drive pressure and exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) when boost pressure is increased. This means more horsepower potential and a more reliable turbo system.

To get the most out of this upgraded turbo and to prevent fault codes, a tune is required. BD Diesel recommends a tune from PPEI for optimal performance. This kit is designed to fix the common SST failure once and for all, offering a robust solution for your Powerstroke.
